We currently have development partnerships in Houston, San Antonio and South Texas that range from $3 - $40 million.

Once our investors and BhavaMar align on the vision of the partnership, we execute the acquisition, development and design with our in-house team
Returns and Tax Advantages
After completion, we return capital to our investors and allow for them to have an opportunity to work with us on advantageous tax opportunities to minimize exposure to short-term capital gains taxes by rolling their investments into future projects
